Because we strive to be a leader in residential and community-based services for children, we're constantly looking for ways to evaluate just how successful our kids are and how we can do better in helping them achieve their potential.

Helping kids in need is not a cookbook process. Cal Farley's long history allows us to apply our unique brand of history and culture blended with the latest treatment techniques - many of them pioneered on our Boys Ranch or Girlstown campuses.

Cal Farley's provides development, training, and evaluation for the campus-based programs and services at Boys Ranch and Girlstown.

Thanks to our efforts, Cal Farley's is nationally-recognized as expert in youth development, casework, adventure programming, crisis intervention, and behavior management training. Cal Farley's also is a national training site for Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI) and Response Ability Pathways (RAP).

We also monitor our results to make sure the children are getting every benefit of our expertise and that our capability is working on their behalf.

Cal Farley's is accredited nationally by the Council on Accreditation, and constantly is devising methods for monitoring and tracking outcomes.  As a result, the children in Cal Farley's care are receiving the best possible services, from the best-trained personnel available.
