The Cal Farley organization provides professional services, in a Christ-centered atmosphere, to strengthen families and support the overall development of children.

All posted positions require the applicant be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED equivalency and a valid Texas Driver’s License. 


Openings for dedicated, energetic, married couples for our childcare teams!  We are a non-profit organization providing home-like residential settings for youth.  House Parent couples serve as role-models and have all of the responsibilities of a parent in helping to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the youth in their care.

·        Legally married (two years or more, preferred).

·        May have two dependent children (must be school age).

Starting salary of $52,810 per couple.  Work 6 days, off 3 days! Two pay assisted respites annually. Private apartment within our attractive residential homes located in rural West Texas settings, utilities paid, extensive training and outstanding support.  Great medical insurance, 401(k) w/company match, and many other benefits!  



Assists in the operation and supervision of the Girlstown, U.S.A. Recreation Summer Program in the capacity of full-time, temporary assistant. 

Requirements – Prior experience in youth recreation activities is preferred.
