MISSION STATEMENT:

The Cal Farley organization provides professional services, in a Christ-centered atmosphere, to strengthen families and support the overall development of children.

All posted positions require the applicant be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED equivalency and a valid Texas Driver’s License.

HOUSE PARENT COUPLES

Openings for dedicated, energetic, married couples for our childcare teams! We are a non-profit organization providing home-like residential settings for youth. House Parent couples serve as role-models and have all of the responsibilities of a parent in helping to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the youth in their care.

· Legally married (two years or more, preferred).

· May have two dependent children (must be school age).

Starting salary of $52,810 per couple. Work 6 days, off 3 days! Two pay assisted respites annually. Private apartment within our attractive residential homes located in rural West Texas settings, utilities paid, extensive training and outstanding support. PLUMBER

Assist in gas testing, plumbing installation, repair and maintenance activities as assigned. Company vehicle and housing provided.

Requirements – Minimum 4 yrs. exp. in plumbing activities related to commercial building construction and/or commercial facilities maintenance operations. Must possess a Texas Plumber’s license or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment. Hours Tues – Sat, 8-5 and on call repair duties required.

DAY CARE ASSISTANT

Assists in all activities related to the operation of the Carter Day Care Center to include child supervision, hygiene related needs, parental interaction, and other functions as assigned.

Requirements – Minimum 1 year childcare experience, preferably in a licensed facility.

YOUTH CARE ASSISTANT

Provides support for various home life and campus activities, to include the provision of supervision for residents in homes, medical clinic, activities center, vocational education programs and other areas.

Requirements – Childcare experience is preferred.

SUMMER JOBS – APPLY NOW!

RECREATION SUMMER PROGRAM ASSISTANTS

Assists in the operation and supervision of the Boys Ranch Recreation Summer Program in the capacity of full-time, temporary assistant.

Requirements – Prior experience in youth recreation activities is preferred.
