Belinda Palacios

Senior Vice President for Community Based Services

Belinda is responsible for the Community Based Services that include four Cal Farley's Family Resource Centers in Amarillo, Dallas/Fort Worth (Arlington), Houston and Austin.  She is also responsible for intensive in-home services, intake, information and referral, alumni support and scholarships. 

Belinda graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock with a Bachelor's degree in psychology.  She then earned a Master's  in Education with an emphasis in Professional Counseling from West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas and she is a licensed child care administrator.
